Tyran would have turned 22 years old today. He was our 16th adopted child.
He died Tuesday in a tragic accident in Cleburne. My heart hurts for him and all the things he could have done and all the things I will miss of his life. But Tyran knew that he was loved. He was an amazing young man. He had 20 brothers and sisters that loved him and looked up to him. His death left a huge hole in our family. But the love he leaves behind can fill any hole. He lived big and loved big. There are so many great stories about this young man coming to live with his first white family. He changed our lives forever. I am so very blessed to get to be his Mom even for a few years.
